1. Service Desk Analyst - Technical Support Voice ProcessGood Knowledge of Operating systems, Hardware Networking, and MS applications. 0-3 yeras of experience.
 
2. Customer Care Analyst - Non Technical Support Voice Process.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc) 0-3 yeras of experience.

Qualification : PUC and Above.
Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to work in shifts (24*7) is a must.
